If you love the course and want to dive fully in, just email support@jennakutcher at anytime and we will get you full access and process your payment. Should you want to cancel, you have the full seven day period to email support@jennakutcher.com to let us know that The Photo Lab isn't the right piece of education for you! 

** If you fail to let us know, you will automatically be in The Photo Lab and put on the payment plan option which is outlined below (12 Payments of $97!) 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 15-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. We also are requiring that you hop on the phone with Jenna or a member of the Jenna Kutcher team and let us know what we can do better - since we truly stand behind this product and the results it can yield, we want to know how we can make it better! 

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you or your business, within 15 days of enrollment, contact our support team at support@jennakutcher.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 15th day at 11:59 CST. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 15th day, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

+ Proof of completed course workbook
+ Completed course challenges including screen shots of social media postings (in accordance with course work)
+ A live link to your website or fan page that shows consistent posting
+ Screenshot of inquiries and booking rate from the last 10 days
+ Your response email to an initial inquiry
+ The Profitable Pricing Guide completed and reflected on your website or in your pricing guide
+ A screenshot of your current “About Me” page following course guidelines
+ Proof of active participation in the Facebook group
+ Sign up for a phone call time slot and hop on the phone to let us know how we can improve.
+ We will NOT provide refunds more than 15 days following the date of purchase. After day 15, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 15 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Jenna Kutcher LLC. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 15th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis.
